1. Overview

Same Marketting ("we", "us", "our") operates samemarketting.com, a B2B lead generation and email marketing platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including when you connect your Google account or your Gmail to send campaign emails, use Custom Sending with your own recipient list, or turn on automatic sending.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In.
  • Campaign information: the campaign name and keywords you provide, used to match leads.
  • Lead data: the matched lead records (name, email, company, work profile/title, website) delivered to your campaigns.
  • Custom Sending data: if you upload or paste a recipient list (CSV), we store the name, email, and any optional fields you include (profession, location, company) — used only to send the template you select to that list.
  • Email templates: content you generate or edit using our AI template tool.
  • Gmail connection data: if you connect your Gmail account, we store an encrypted OAuth access token and refresh token, your connected Gmail address, and a log of emails sent (recipient, timestamp, delivery status, and — where applicable — whether the email was opened, replied to, or bounced) — used solely to send messages on your behalf, show you delivery analytics, and enforce your plan's sending limits.
  • Payment information: if you upgrade to a paid plan, payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or bank details — only the payment status and plan assigned.
  • Usage and device data: device identifiers and IP address, used to prevent abuse of free-plan limits (e.g. creating multiple demo accounts).

3. How we use your information

  • To match verified leads to your campaign keywords and deliver campaign results.
  • To generate and revise AI-powered email templates on your request.
  • To send campaign emails, Custom Sending emails, and — if you turn it on for a campaign — automatic emails to newly delivered leads, through your connected Gmail account.
  • To detect whether a sent email was opened (via a small tracking image loaded when the message is viewed), replied to, or bounced, so we can show you accurate sending analytics.
  • To process payments and manage your plan and quota.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of free-plan limits.
  • To provide customer support.

4. Google user data & Gmail API use

When you connect your Gmail account, we request two Google API scopes:

  • gmail.send — to send emails on your behalf, only when you (or an auto-send rule you configured) initiate a send.
  • gmail.readonly — used narrowly to check the specific email thread of a message you sent through our app, so we can detect a reply from the recipient or a bounce notification and show it in your dashboard analytics. We do not browse, search, or access your general inbox, contacts, or any content beyond the threads our app itself created by sending.

Emails sent through Same Marketting include a small, invisible tracking image so we can detect when the message has been opened; this only tells us whether the email was viewed, not any other activity in your or the recipient's inbox.

Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Same Marketting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke this access at any time from your Same Marketting sidebar ("Disconnect") or directly from yourGoogle Account permissions page.

5. Third-party services we use

  • Google Firebase — authentication (Google Sign-In).
  • Google Gmail API — sending campaign emails, only if you connect your Gmail account.
  • Razorpay — payment processing for the Growth plan.
  • OpenAI — generating and revising email template content.

6. Data retention & deletion

We retain your account, campaign, and template data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect Gmail, your stored access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us atsupport@samemarketting.com.

7. Data security

OAuth tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data, and disconnect any connected Google account, at any time. Contact support@samemarketting.com for any request.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
